The Sudan encompasses many levels of HISG work - partnering with other NGOs in crisis response, developing sustainable economic models, "saving one" at a time, pure water and sanitation projects, and building relationships with local "governing" bodies and other NGOs.

The problems in this area of Africa, especially Darfur, are so desperate it is beyond that which many aide workers have seen before, but HISG is working in real time, on many levels, to make a lasting difference by bringing resouces to identified needs.
