Mike McCausland explains HISG's overarching strategy of Vision, Mission, and the Initiatives to accomplish our Mission. The Vision is to see regional stability and sustainable solutions that benefit the local people in the areas where we work. The Mission is to "connect resources to needs." Mike describes four of the initiatives that we engage in to accomplish our Mission:  1) the development of a global infrastructure, 2) different types of training intiatives, 3) numbers of networking activities, and 4) mobilizing and managing resources.
